The acupoint is the most likely to cause a cold. So keep the neck warm when going out.
In addition, it can also use water to flush the acupoint during the shower. The ideal water temperature should be set for skin that is tolerabled and without burning the local skin. It will not only prevent the cold, but also restore vital energy and strenthen yang, and improve energy and immunity.
Method 1: Massaging the acupoint
Press the Dazhui acupoint with one hand and the middle two fingers, press it hard, and then knead it 100 to 200 times. In the massage process, you can alternate hands.
Method 2: Moxibustion
Moxibustion can also be used for stimulating the acupoint. After igniting the moxa stick, place it about 3 to 5 cm away from the skin of the acupoint for moxibustion, so that the local skin is slightly flushed and feels mild. Each moxibustion process is about 20 minutes, 1~2 times per day.
