Shanghai Medical Clinic is a certified and offical healthcare provider. We provide insurance reimbursement service. Our services of alternative medicine such as acupuncturist consultation, acupuncture treatment, TCM treatments and physiotherapy are widely covered under various international, national and local insurance policies.

If you are not sure whether service and treatment you will be receiving are covered by your health insurance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can assist with the completion of your health insurance claim forms. 

Please note:  we do not have any direct billing arrangements with any insurance providers at the moment. Please talk to your insurance provider prior to your treatment, so that you are fully aware of your entitlement, restriction and our expenses.
